How to Initiate a Return

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 24 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the item securely with original tags and packaging. We'll arrange reverse pickup or share the return address.
Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
